My thoughts on healthy balance
Here’s my little list of things I’ve found helpful in creating more balance in my body-mind.
- Everything is vibration so I look for ways of creating “good vibes” at home and in my self-care. Many sounds and scents can be uplifting. I believe that beautiful scents and sounds can clear out stagnant energies.
- Aromatherapy: incense, sage/herbs, salt bowls, wax melts, diffuser
- Sound therapy videos – on You Tube, search “healing music” or “positive energy”
- Chanting – see info about power of chanting, Om Tara, or some positive statements
- A cleansing bath to remove negativity –
Using a combination of salts, herbs, and essential oils such as: Sea Salt, Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salts; Eucalyptus, Lemon Peel, Rue, Hyssop, Agrimony; Rosemary, Lemon, Frankincense essential oils.
The Importance of Quality Sleep
Your mental health, your immune system, depend on adequate sleep. In stressful times, do focus on getting good quality sleep.
Try some herbal remedies before RX. I like Valerian.
